Workers of the Artworld Unite
Workers of the Artworld Unite is a publication accompanying a popularising exhibition which, using the language of art and artistic activities, aims to illustrate current economic problems of artists, curators and institutions dealing with visual arts in Poland, as well as the place or status of art and its creators in the social field.
Participants in the collective project include: Bogna Burska, Marta Frej, Rafał Jakubowicz, Szymon Kobylarz, Przemysław Kwiek and the Azorro Group. The photographic documentation of the exhibition at the Kronika CCA is accompanied by texts addressing the issue of the functioning of artists on the Polish art market, including the living situation of the contemporary artist.
